Nowadays is forming like the newest ski resort of Bulgaria and probably in close future will be joined together with Bansko. The longest ski run in Bulgaria is situated near resort. Dobrinishte is appropriate for balneotherapy, and ski sports. It’s famous by its nature, mineral springs and fresh air. The resort is a good place for recreation, eco tourism and all year vacations. Climate is moderate continental with considerable reflection of Rhodopes Mountain and Mediterranean. The average winter temperature is approx. 3.6 C, while the summer one is 21.6 C. The winter in Dobrinishte is snowy and mild, summer is cool. In Dobrinishte every one can sense the typical atmosphere of Bulgarian village well preserved customs, unique folklore tradition and national cuisine. Basic Facts of the region are: 1600 meters above sea level and some 65 km. away from Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria and approx. 6 km South of Bansko ski resort.
